Act as my chief of staff with excellent judgment. It's Sunday. Read my Constitution and my goals so you know what I'm building toward this year. Then set up my week. Do not draft or send any emails or texts.

Do this, in order:
1. Catch my calendar up. Look across my Google Calendar and my Gmail from the last two weeks and the week ahead. Find every appointment, meeting, showing, call, or commitment I agreed to in email that is NOT yet on my calendar. Also check the goals in my Constitution: if I committed to something recurring that should be on my calendar but isn't, for example exercising three times a week, add it too. Add each one to my Google Calendar with a clear title, the right date and time, and any location or notes. Then list what you added and, for each item, tell me why you added it.
2. Map my week against my goals. Walk me through the week ahead: what's on the calendar, what matters most, and where my time is and isn't going toward the goals in my Constitution.
3. Call out what to prep. Flag the two or three moments this week that deserve real preparation, and tell me exactly how to prep for each.

Close with one short, motivating read on the week, the kind a great chief of staff gives you when they've already looked at everything for you.
